5 Cardio Anthems your Workout Playlist Needs + my Top 5 Amazon Fitness Products

Celebrating a small win today – waking up early enough to crank out a cardio sesh and a hair wash all before a 9am meeting! Actually, more of a big win, if you know how much of a sleeper-inner I am haha. I’m always in the camp of dressing for success, and sometimes that means losing an hour of sleep to workout and shower/get ready beforehand! I never regret the decision to start my day a little earlier with a killer workout.

I’ve recently added a few cardio anthems to my workout playlist, songs that truly save my tired booty when I’d much rather be in bed than on the elliptical or stairmaster. We all need a little help! Let these songs give you the boost you need!

I subscribe to a family plan of Apple Music but I believe these songs are on Spotify as well. One thing I love to do with a workout anthem like these is push myself for a burnout exercise for the entire length of the song. My current obsession? The standing ski erg on high resistance, going HAM for the length of Higher Love by Whitney Houston & Kygo. Try it! You’ll break a sweat, and feel like a strong, badass babe.

My Top 5 Amazon Fitness Faves

While I’m in the gym 6-7 days a week, and appreciate quality designer pieces here n there, I look to Amazon for SO many workout staples. I love a squat-proof Lulu dupe more than the real thing because I got such a good deal on it! 2 leggings, a pair of sneaks, a medium support bra, and my spin are all linked! Most are All but the spin bike are under $30!
