I feel SO good about eating these 24 grams of plant-based protein, and 13g of satisfying, tummy-happy fiber. Not to mention, I’m spending less than $1.50 on each serving!
Prep this pasta in the same way you would any other kind of pasta, 8 cups of boiling salted water, simmer for about 5 minutes. Pair this spaghetti with your favorite sauce. Aldi sells several low sugar options. The first time I made this, I served each 2 oz portion of pasta with 1/8 cup Pesto, which added about 110 calories, full of healthy fats and flavor!
