Let’s Shake Things Up: 3 Ways to Try Quest Nutrition’s Protein Shakes

When I try a new supplement, I ask myself 4 questions: Is it affordable? Is it quick? Do the macros fit my nutrition goals? And most importantly, does it taste good? If I can answer yes to all 4, I’m hooked! Being a part of Quest Squad, I’ve had the privilege of trying their new pre-packaged, pre-mixed protein shakes. For just under $3 per shake and only 11 ingredients, I’m downing some quick and tasty post-workout nutrition in any of their three flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, or Salted Caramel (my personal favorite!)

The Macro Breakdown

  • 11 ounces
  • 160 calories
  • 30g Protein
  • 3g Fat
  • 3g Carb
  • 1g Sugar

Now that I hope I’ve got ya hooked, let me share with you a few ways I love to enjoy my Quest Nutrition protein shakes!

  1. Salted Caramel Protein Coffee: 1 Quest Nutrition Salted Caramel Protein shake + 6-8 ounces of your favorite unsweetened coffee. I love this iced! With this bevvie, I’ve got a quick source of protein, and caffeine! (160 cal, 30g Pro, 3g Fat, 3g Net Carb)
  2. Chocolate PB Banana Nice Cream: Pour 1 Quest Nutrition Chocolate Protein Shake into an ice cube tray, freeze until solid. Slice up half of a banana, freeze until solid. In a blender, combine the frozen protein cubes and the frozen banana slices with 2 TBS powdered peanut butter. Blend until smooth! (260 cal, 37g Pro, 5g Fat, 18g Net Carb)
  3. Overnight Vanilla Protein Chia Pudding: Replace the unsweetened almond or coconut milk in my Chia Flax Pudding recipe, and use 4oz Quest Nutrition Vanilla Protein Shake instead. 3 TBS chia seeds + 2 TBS whole flax seeds + 4oz Quest Nutrition Vanilla Protein Shake. Refrigerate overnight. This is one of my go-to snacks on a 12-hour shift! (365 cal, 23g Pro, 19g Fat, 2g Net Carbs)
