Let’s taco bout chips. Yummy, crispy, crunchy delicious tortilla chips. The star of the table at every mexican restaurant or house party. The easiest snack to grab, with endless dipping possibilities. Also salt-laden, fried, high glycemic, can’t-have-just-one tortilla chips. Anyone else feel the struggle?
I try to limit eating legit tortilla chips to just when I’m out, but I’m so excited that Quest Nutrition has upped their game and made protein chips! Now I can eat these heaven-scent triangles, without feeling the guilt of cheating on my nutrition goals, or waking up swollen as all get out from all the sodium. Each bag has 21g Protein, and only 4g net carbs!
It was so fun to try their two new flavors, Loaded Taco and Chili Lime. Next I want to try the BBQ and Sour Cream & Onion flavors!
