Summer Sips Series: Boozy Peach Bellini

Maybe it was the week-ish of 90 degree temps we had in San Diego this month, but it feels like Summer is here! It’s currently gloomy, so I’m clearly getting ahead of myself. But I just can’t wait for endless summer days, sunset happy hours, beach days, and the smell of coconut tanning lotion!

Now through Summer 2020, I’ll be periodically sharing beverage recipes as part of New Cotton Blend’s Summer Sips Series! Kicking it off with the sweetest, and most refreshing, cocktail that’s perfect for backyard brunch or a beach picnic!

Boozy Peach Bellinis

1 oz Vodka (we love Tito’s)

0.5 oz Peach Syrup (we love Torani’s Sugar Free option)

3 oz Prosecco

Fill your cutest cocktail mug with ice. Add your vodka and peach syrup. Top with Prosecco. Gently stir. Enjoy! This recipe serves 1 but can easily be multiplied for a larger group. Just add in the Prosecco last, so you can allow room for bubbles! This cocktail is paired below with a charcuterie board for a backyard happy hour picnic.

While we loved the Ruffino Prosecco for this cocktail, there are so many other awesome sparkling white wines that would pair well with the peach and Tito’s. Check out this link to get $20 off your first order from Winc.
